The 21 year old single malt from the Tomintoul distillery in Speyside is matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, which helps bring out the caramel, vanilla-y notes, very much in keeping with the Tomintoul philosophy; "the Gentle Dram". The 21 year old is a butterscotch and vanilla lead malt which a touch of tobacco and rich oak.
